The greatest lesson I have learned is that our mind greatly affects our reality. Many feel that their past defines who they are but the truth is we can decide in the next moment who we will be. Our life can begin over NOW.
By the age of 6 most of our automatic programming has already been instilled. Messages from our parents, neighbors, community and family define us. When we are not consciously making decisions we often fall back on those messages to get through life. It becomes our "automatic pilot" and we react unconsciously instead of consciously responding to situations and events occurring in our daily life. We all have the power to recreate ourselves and the first thing is to truly listen to the messages you send yourself. Turn the noise off for a half hour - cell phones, MP3 players, TV's and truly listen.
WE are the ones causing our own limitations and in hearing and getting to know the true us; our soul, we become limitless. Learning to love...
