My message to the world comes down to one word: try.

In my lifetime, I have seen too many people afraid to try; too scared to try new things, to try new places, to try meeting new people. Watching them place needless limitations on themselves meant, sadly, watching human potential go wasted. Great ideas, solutions and relationships were never realized or even attempted because they were too reluctant to try. They feared what others may think, they doubted their own abilities or they feared what may or may not happen.

Yet, trying can be liberating, empowering, and even exhilarating.

Trying leads to discoveries - discovering abilities and strengths that you didn't know you had, discovering your own beliefs and values, and discovering what the big, amazing world is all about.

Trying builds confidence and belief in yourself, even when others may doubt you.

Trying means starting, somewhere, anywhere, and then proceeding one step at a time, no ...

B.E. Y.O.U.R.S.E.L.F. Let me share this acronym:

B = Be yourself
E = Escape into nature

Y = Yuck it up! Laugh
O = Offer a helping hand
U = Use humor daily
R = Relax by nurturing yourself
S = Simplify your life
E = Engage with others
L = Listen more, talk less
F = Face your fears

Being yourself comes from a place of authenticity and empowerment. It is not losing your voice, but saying your truth. It is accepting all of you your strengths and your weaknesses.

When you are Escaping into nature there is a rekindling of the heart/soul from a cellular level. It is leaving the myriad of daily to do tasks, all the distractions and becoming quiet, observant and curious with the beauty around you. What can you see that you did not yesterday?

Nothing brings you to life as laughter, so Yuck it up! The saying "Laughter is the best medicine" is more potent than you could ever imagine. When was the last time you had a...

As I looked back over my journey from fear to love, I discovered Twelve Keystones that I had to embody or perhaps I should say master so that I could reclaim my happiness and awaken to the truth of my magnificence. Through teaching about my experiences, I found they apply universally. To share my understanding, I have written a book about these Keystones titled Dreaming Down Heaven. I have shared them here!

The backdrop for life is like a Magical Theatre, and as the star of the production, we are each free to create our own roles, changing them at will but first we need to investigate the myth, truth, and magic of our lives and discover what is working or not. Hello young one, could you sit with me a while? I know I'm old, and you have many places to go...and I only ask you stay a minute or three. Why you ask? Because I'm moving on now and I have a message I wish for you to carry.

For I see in you the amazing Light you truly are and yet I feel in you the immense sadness, fear and pain that locks you behind a a high brick wall ...a wall you believe protects you, when all it really does is cause more of the same.

Will you sit with me and let me share what helps ease the pain and lets you step into your true magnificence?

The keys to finding fulfillment in life may be different for each of us, but here is what I have discovered to work for me... and the essence of what I've discovered after my nearly 40 years on this wonderful planet. I hope these insights launch you into the next decade with powerful new renewed force and energy.

I discovered these four distinctions in the 50+ entrepreneurs I interviewed, but I do believe at their core, they also lead to a more fulfilling life:

1. Embrace a consuming passion by sharing it with others. Surround yourself with others who share your passion and you'll find they fuel that passion to take it further. Like a plant, if you don't give it sunshine to grow, it will die. Never let your passions die! The 'sticky' passions are those more important to others than they are to you. The more you share it, the stronger it becomes. Sharing it can be like adding a drop of Miracle Grow!

2. Pursue an impersonal goal. When...

Let's begin with self-value...

Value yourself. Value your Self. Your value never changes. You can't increase it and you can't diminish it. Sure, the value of your actions can vary, but the value of who you are never, ever will.

Never confuse your actions, possessions and connections with who you are. If you don't yet know the difference between who you are, and all the things you do and own, it's time to get started on getting to know yourself in a new way.

Imagine yourself as a song. What is your personal "tone", your personal "sound"? Make it part of everything you do. Put more YOU in your life.

To deny your worth is to deny the worth of the Divine spark in us all. Value who you are.

Value yourself enough to dare not to compare...

When used in a way to make your ego feel either superior or inferior to someone else, comparison is a happiness-killer.

You will never get your best answers through comparison...

Synchronicity - Are You Where You Are Supposed to Be?

The door opens. The path is lit. A missing piece falls into your lap. The phone rings and the caller is someone you thought of just moments ago. The ever-famous "magic" parking spot opens up. I love it when I seem to just bump into someone I really want or need to see. What are the odds? There are 1,440 minutes in a day. What if I had walked a different route, took an extra minute to read my mail, veered left instead of right? There are 1,439 odds against me bumping into that person...if one goes simply by mathematical calculations. But why on earth would someone choose to do that?

Long before James Redfield wrote of the Celestine Prophecy and Celestine Vision, I held the belief that synchronicity in my life meant that I was on the right track on all levels: spiritually, emotionally, intentionally, physically, mentally. I still choose to believe this: the more synchronicity presents itself in my life, the m...

Love Your Ego, Love Your Life and Lead By Example.

The greatest gift that I have learned in this lifetime is to live my life by these three phrases: Love your ego, love your life and lead by example.

Like many souls, I once believed that enlightenment was reached by ridding oneself of ego. In my early teens, I was so frustrated by the power my ego had over me that I broke down in uncontrollable tears. I asked the divine why I was struggling with detaching from my ego. Then, like a divine lightning bolt hitting me I realized, "trying to rid yourself of ego is your ego's work". It had me chasing a ghost, spinning in circles distracting me of who I really was and what my true life purpose would be. If the divine had created me with my ego intact then there had to be a reason I had an ego.

That reason is my ego allows me to fully experience my humanity here on this earth. I started to be thankful for my ego instead of fighting it and I embraced what it ...

I rarely feel a desire to teach other people how to live or love. Why is this? I experience each person I meet as already "being Love"; as already being intelligent, whole, and with the ability to discover for themselves who they are and what life means to them. I find it more meaningful to simply love others, to listen without judgment and to infuse them with so much joy, laughter, tears and passion that we both are left hungering for Life. When we hunger enough, we find our own way.

I believe we are all born fully knowing. It is often only a matter of trusting that we know, trusting that we are already whole. All too often we doubt our born-with intelligence. We give up our power to teachers, gurus and books. We stop listening to our passionate hearts.

Often when we can't find a reflection in the world of what feel, we let doubt take over, and we abandon ourselves, insights and creativity. I often think of something my father once told me. "Robin, liste...

I'd like to share some of the things that I've learned in my life so far that may be valuable in thinking about overcoming obstacles.

FIRST - Surround Yourself With Positive People
There could be a lot of reasons for me to be negative. But, for as long as I remember, I have been surrounded by positive people. I focus on hanging around with people that are happy. It's easy for anyone to be negative. But if you surround yourself with positive people you find it's a lot more fun to be positive and make things happen!

SECOND- Stay Ahead of The World
I
try to always stay ahead of the world around me the best I can. When I meet someone for the first time, I know they have questions about my chair. So they don't feel uncomfortable, sometimes I just answer their question before they ask it. Why am I in the chair? What happened? Then they can get their mind off my chair and on to other matters. Life is more positive and fun if you choose it to b...

Being and Creation are ever present. They do not exist apart from one another. As God, you are always being and you are always creating in every moment.

Being is the Essence of God. It is changeless, infinite, and absolute. It is the Light that encompasses all of Creation. It is the very fabric of all thought and form. Being is Who and What you truly are and the Consciousness with which you experience all of life.

Creation, on the other hand, is the infinite expression of Being. It is the unlimited extension of God's Love through both the Holy Spirit and the ego. Creation is the mechanism through which God experiences Himself. It's the means by which God is becoming Self-Aware.

What does this mean for you? How does this understanding impact your life?

No matter what you do or don't do, change or don't change, impact or don't impact in the world, you cannot alter Who and What you are or Who and What another is. You simply are. God simply is. No matter which th...

All moments matter.

Perhaps you believe that there are two types of moments: Ordinary moments and extraordinary moments; moments that are to be treasured and moments that might as well be pitched in the trash.

But all of our "ordinary moments" are moments that we must learn to treasure. Why? Because these "ordinary moments" moments are like seeds from which the exotic flowers of extraordinary moments blossom. If we are expert gardeners, we will look at the humble seed and know that a blossom of remarkable beauty is waiting to be born from it. We know that if we take care of it, feed it nurture it, and are patient with it, then ultimately its breathtaking beauty will ultimately be revealed to us.

If we take care of the ordinary moment that is, just as we would care for the humble seed, then will see that miracles lie within it, waiting to be born. If we care for the moment with wisdom, with understanding, and with love -- we will see it blossom...

You are beautiful and deserve to know the gift that you are to the world. Honor the mistakes you have made, for everyone makes them, but seek the lessons that they may have to teach you.

There is only one you. No matter how many people you compare yourself to, or how much you try to please others, no one can ever be who you are, as you can never be who they are. Honor the path that you have traveled, be proud of who you are in this moment, and give thanks for the opportunity to have another day.

Life will not be easy, you will be hurt, you will lose loved ones, your finances, relationships, jobs, living arrangements, and physical appearance will all change. No matter what may occur in your life, good or bad, know that it is a part of the greater good in why you are here.

It sounds complicated at first, but it is simple and will change your life forever. It did for me.

Oneness is more than a concept. It's an experience and a way of living. In every culture throughout time there have been saints, mystics, sages, shamans and prophets who have come to the same conclusion: all things in this world are deeply interconnected and ultimately are only diverse expressions of the one original source energy. This was the essential experience and conviction of most of the worlds' religious founding leaders. They called the Oneness of life different things: God, Allah, Hashem, The Great Mystery and so on, but the idea of oneness is universal. Oneness means we are each united with all of life.

Oneness is not just a spiritual or religious idea. It is now a clear scientific principle. Einstein died trying to prove the unified field theory, a belief that all life and matter are united by an underlying energy or consciousness. The great quantum physicists D...
